These terms cover your use of Pianolune, run by Measify Kft., Budapest, Hungary (see the Imprint). By using the site you agree to them.

The service

Pianolune teaches you songs in short lessons. It is free to use. We may change, limit or stop parts of it, including the daily number of songs you can bring.

Songs you bring

• Only upload recordings, MIDI or sheet music you may use: your own, ones you have a licence for, or ones the law lets you use for your personal practice.
• The lessons made from your upload are for your own personal, non-commercial practice. They stay private to your browser.
• Lessons are made by software from the recording. Notes can be wrong or missing.

Fair use of the service

Don't use scripts or other automated access, get around the limits or the bot check, try to break or overload the service, or upload anything illegal. We may remove content and block access when these terms are broken.

Reporting content

If you think something on Pianolune breaks the law or your rights, write to team@measify.com with what it is and why. We look at every report and act on it.

No guarantee

Pianolune is offered as it is. We do our best to keep it working and your songs safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
